Thanks so much to all those who took the time to vote to repeal the new 7% tax all our guests would have had to pay to enjoy a day aboard the boats with us. You folks always manage to come through in the end and keep us afloat.
Inshore stripers and mackerel have arrived in very good numbers and Captain Whit and his crew have the new Gath IV ready to rock and roll. Gath's looking better than the 1st day she was launched. This week he and Eric took the Russ Starkey family (NH) on a great two hour family adventure. The kids had a blast landing over 50 mackerel. Picture top of post.
Wendsday Nick and I hosted the Lenny and Sasha Charter (MA) on a ver enjoyable half day trip aboard the "India Marie". Ms. Sasha landed the lagest striper of the day and the largest of her life a nice 30.5 incher shown left. Her 10 year nephew Jon also landed the largest fish of his life a 29 incher. The kids had a great time helping me steer the boat on the ride home.
We just opened up Saturday June 19th for inshore trips aboard the Gath IV. We originally had set aside the day so that Capt Whit and Eric, could join Capt Satch and Kieth on their trip to Isle of Shoals on that weekend.
